The Saint Louis Chamber Chorus is one of the leading vocal ensembles in the US. Since its formation
it has regularly commissioned new choral works from both young and well-established composers.

This recording features four recent commissions with attractive and approachable works
from distinguished American composer, Ned Rorem, one of the UK’Äôs leading writers for voices,
Judith Bingham, the Chamber Chorus’Äôs 2006-7 Composer-in-residence, New Zealander
Clare Maclean and the critically-acclaimed large-scale Requiem from UK composer, Sasha Johnson Manning.
